That's why I offer comprehensive on-site coordination services to ensure that every detail of your event is perfectly taken care of, so you can sit back and enjoy your event, knowing that everything is being expertly managed.

On the day of your event, our team will be on-site from start to finish, overseeing every aspect of the event. From coordinating vendor arrivals and set-up to managing the flow of activities, I will ensure that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

This service starts at $60 an hour and will increase depending on the size of the event and distance.

Full Event Planning

Our team has extensive experience in effectively managing budgets, ensuring that you get the most value out of your investment. We maintain transparent communication throughout the planning process, keeping you informed and involved every step of the way.
3. Venue Selection and Logistics
Elite Affairs Las Vegas has strong relationships with premier venues in the area, ensuring that we can find the perfect location to bring your vision to life. From luxurious ballrooms to stunning outdoor spaces, we will carefully curate a selection of venues that suit your event's style, theme, and the number of guests. Once the venue is chosen, we handle all the logistics, including contracts, permits, transportation, and accommodation if necessary.
4. Theme and Design Coordination
I will work with you to select the perfect theme and color scheme that aligns with your vision. From elegant and classic to bold and contemporary, we will transform the venue into a captivating environment that leaves a lasting impression. We take care of every detail, including floral arrangements, lighting, décor, and table settings, ensuring a cohesive and visually stunning event.
5. Vendor and Catering Management
Elite Affairs Las Vegas has a vast network of trusted vendors, including caterers, photographers, entertainers, and more. We carefully select vendors that align with your style and budget, negotiating contracts and ensuring that they deliver exceptional service. Our team will oversee all vendor communications, contracts, and payments, relieving you of the administrative burden and allowing you to focus on enjoying your event.
6. Program and Entertainment
From creating a seamless program flow to organizing entertainment that wows your guests, our event planning experts will ensure that every moment of your event is carefully orchestrated. We collaborate with you in selecting entertainment options that fit your theme and audience, be it live music, a DJ, dancers, or any other form of entertainment. We strive to create an unforgettable and engaging experience for all attendees.
7. On-Site Event Coordination
On the day of your event, our dedicated team of event coordinators will be on-site to oversee every detail. From setup to breakdown, we ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy the festivities. Our coordinators will also handle any last-minute adjustments or unexpected situations, ensuring a seamless event experience from beginning to end.

Full event planing services start at 10% of the total cost of the event, or flat fee depending on event.

Whether you are planning a corporate event, a wedding, or a charitable gala, finding the perfect venue is essential to ensuring the success of your event. At Elite Affairs Las Vegas, I understand the importance of selecting the right space that meets all your needs and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

Clair took care of all of that for me. She had helpful suggestions on venues, timelines, and best of all she loved all the detail that went into planning. My husband and I got engaged right towards the end of the COVID shut down and even after every wedding that was suppose to happen for the past two years had been pushed back she managed to find us a beautiful venue we didn’t have to wait two years to get into.
